We are pleased to report that 2016 has been another positive year for BarkWeb. We have continued to grow and expand both as a company and by adding some fantastic new clients to our portfolio.
Now in our 17th year of business, we have seen enormous change in the digital industry with the evolution of digital marketing, social media and the rise of video, virtual reality, augmented reality and live streaming all filling our screens. Real time methods of engaging with an audience and will continue to grow in usage over the next few years.
This year we introduced A/B testing to our remit of core services in our CMS system, using BarkWeb as our first test site. This allows businesses to look at how well one-page works against another and provides essential analytics and results. We now offer this service as part of our design process and an ongoing method of effectively streamlining website productivity.
For us, innovating and thinking outside of the box is an important part of how we operate and forms the culture of BarkWeb. Staying stagnant is not an option and we evolve and adapt our own website regularly as we move with new industry developments and to remain at the cutting edge of technology, design and creativity.
This year we have moved to bigger offices which has provided us with a fantastic working space and environment. This space has allowed us to expand the team and given us an excellent well equipped meeting room for client and team meetings.
As a family run business, providing a positive, flexible and happy working environment for our employees is at the forefront of our business. In October, we were pleased to welcome James Kennedy to the team as our Junior Web Developer.
As we look to 2017, we feel optimistic and excited about the future. We will continue to expand our team and provide unique bespoke web design and digital services to support and ensure long term success for our clients. BarkWeb’s ethos remains to build close working relationships with all clients and our committed team strive to make every project truly effective.
