SEO, PCC, AEO Specialist

We’re looking for an SEO / PPC / AEO Specialist to join the BarkWeb team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to improve visibility, generate enquiries, and manage client campaigns properly. You’ll be working across SEO, paid search, and answer engine optimisation, helping clients get found in Google, AI search tools, and other search-led platforms.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and improving digital marketing campaigns for a range of clients. This will include SEO strategy, PPC management, content recommendations, performance reporting, and client communication.

We’re looking for someone who can combine technical knowledge with clear thinking, good organisation, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing SEO and PPC campaigns for clients

• Improving website visibility, rankings, traffic, and enquiries

• Researching keywords, competitors, and search opportunities

• Creating clear recommendations for website content and structure

• Managing Google Ads campaigns and budgets

• Monitoring campaign performance and making improvements

• Preparing reports that clients can actually understand

• Supporting AEO work, so clients appear in AI-driven search and answer engines

• Speaking with clients, understanding their goals, and managing expectations

• Working with the wider team on website, content, and conversion improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of SEO and/or PPC experience

• A proven track record of delivering results

• Good working knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools

• Strong understanding of how search works

• Interest in AEO and how AI search is changing online visibility

• Good account management skills

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Well organised and able to manage multiple client accounts

• Commercial awareness and a focus on results

• Someone who can explain ideas clearly without jargon
