Terms & Conditions – BarkWeb Summer SEO Giveaway
Eligibility
This giveaway is open to UK-based businesses only.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of their business.
The business must be registered and operating within the United Kingdom.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must like the BarkWeb Facebook page and share the official giveaway post.
Only one entry per business is allowed. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Prize Details
The prize consists of 3 months of free SEO services, including 3 monthly SEO reports, one per month.
Services include keyword research, technical SEO support, competitor analysis, campaign reporting, and performance insights.
No additional services are included beyond what is outlined in the giveaway post.
The SEO service will run for a fixed 3-month period and cannot be extended, except under a separate paid agreement with BarkWeb.
Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be selected at random and announced publicly the week following the entry deadline (26 July 2025).
The winner will be contacted via social media and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification.
If unclaimed, the prize may be offered to another eligible entrant.
Limitations
The prize holds no cash value and is non-transferable.
The winner agrees to cooperate with BarkWeb in scheduling and providing access required to deliver the SEO service.
BarkWeb may feature the winner’s business name and/or website in promotional content related to this giveaway.
Additional Terms
The giveaway may be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn at any time at BarkWeb’s sole discretion, including if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
Continued SEO services beyond the 3-month prize period will require a signed agreement and standard service charges.
BarkWeb reserves the right to refuse service if the winner's website or business is found to breach legal, ethical, or professional standards.
Data & Privacy
Any data collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize.
By entering, participants agree to be contacted by BarkWeb for prize coordination and follow-up.
