So, the first part of this series of blogs on, ‘The World of Google’ will concentrate on Google Trends.
What are Google Trends?
If you are not already aware, Google Trends is a website by Google which allows you to basically ‘explore what the world is searching’. With Google Trends you can analyse search queries and keyword search terms that are popular for you to gain an insight and some measurable results into your industry and competitors. Trends results can be shown across countries and regions, as well as languages and are displayed as graphs. You can also compare this information over a selected period, so you can get daily search trend results or real time trend results. At the end of every year Google produce an interesting video of popular US search trends for that year, view below for 2018.
